Locked up

Can’t speak
Prevented
Lost to this world

Can’t speak
Mute and deaf
Locked up in myself

Can’t speak
My feelings are lost
It is my body
But not my mind
Controlled

Can’t speak
I am freed from my prison
Yet cast away; forgotten

Can’t speak
Can’t feel
Told to leave
Rejected

I understand how that feels. Is there any pattern? And it's a tad repetitive, but maybe that's what you were going for. Good, though.
