Calling out a hello,
Her smile fades when no one answers
People are all around
Going about their way
She looks behind her and sighs
At the ones flocking by
The two most beautiful girls
In the whole wide world
She tries to ignore the whispers
Caking their tongues, clouding their gaze
For once she wishes she were Miss. Universe
Not just plain Jane
The laughter is depressing
She feels her heart start to throb,
the tingling of tears is back
So~
She imagines someone sitting next to her
Watching the dancers
Rollerblading out there in the open
He grabs her hand,
And pulls her away,
Out skating the never-ending circle
They spin,
They twirl,
Now she feels like somebody cares
They glide hand-in-hand,
He tucks a strand of hair behind her ear
I like to see your pretty face, he says
And she couldn’t feel happier
Looking back where she once was,
She doesn’t feel so sad,
They are still laughing
Still popular
But she has her own friend now
And thankfully he’s staying though and through,
Because he is just a figment of her imagination,
she can feel free
Not chained down by the shadows she wished to be
People are staring
At the happiest girl in the world,
Dancing alone
… but not really alone.
She will always have someone
In her mind,
That will care
If she feels sad
When they exclude her,
She sometimes feels like Rudolph
But she doesn’t see a happy ending in sight
She’s the classy girl
Brown hair, brown eyes
Normal skin, timid smile
He’s holding her right now,
As she writes this for you
His head is on her shoulder,
As he teasingly tries to misspel;
Hwr nest few words
She growls at him
But he simply just wraps his arms
Around her waist, and kisses her shoulder
With his warmth against her back,
She loses what she was once thinking about
So let them be
Happy as they can
Because when he sees her smile
He knows that it is what he was created to do
To help her with her burdens
To make them a little lighter
He also knows he won’t have her forever,
But the one that gets her
Better know how lucky he is,
She’s an amazing girl
Lost, but not in her own world
In the one others control
They want the wow
They want the sparkle
The bling-bling of shiny objects
She’s the classy girl
Brown hair, brown eyes
Normal skin, timid smile
Why can’t they see?
She’s just as beautiful
But she smiles and shrugs
At her past mistakes
There is only the future to hope for
For the past is the past
No sense in dwelling in it for long
Make your amendments and move on
Because you can never tell,
The one you want could be just a smile away,
all you do is mope
Thank you
For reminding me
That even a small gesture can lighten anyone’s day
Thank you,
thank you.

this is pretty damn great(:
its definitely bittersweet, but i like how even if she knows she doesn't have a man, the imaginary one is always there to lift her up. - Report As Spam

- well, pretty but bitter sweet because this girl has noone even if this imaginary man makes her happy she will never know how excaly a real person, as loving and gentle and sweet we can be. she can only imagine and that doesnt even come close...
