-
From the moment the sun rises,
To the second darkness falls,
The words to describe the beauty of things
is too much to recall.
There are no simple answers.
No petty explanations.
Life is just so blissfully gorgeous.
Words are a complication.
Not a single thing in life or death,
is a hideous face to bare.
No broken heart, no happy child,
no fragile, vacant stare.
And as I sit here watching time go by,
I wonder what the world would say if it had a voice.
The simple things that bring us joy.
But, remember, they’re our choice.

- Title: Simple Pleasures.
- Artist: Epitome of God
- Description: I write way too much, and my brother absolutely adores this poem of mine. Which means a lot seeing as he's 8 years older than me and he writes poems and songs daily. For this to mean something to him makes me feel accomplished.
