Well this poem is about a girl who is with a guy and doesn't know how to tell him it's time to let her go. She tries to give him hints but nothing works.
It seems like he is too blinded by her outer beauty to notice her hints.
In other words she just doesn't want to be with him b/c all that he seems to notice is her beauty and uses her as a trophy to show off to his buddies.
