    Nothing but darkness,
    nothing but black,
    you standing right by my side.
    I grip your hand and run,
    run as fast as I can,
    but the darkness seems to go on forever,
    and your fingers slip from my grip.
    I slip and fall,
    hitting hard against the ground.
    I stand and look,
    but you have disappeared.
    The fear starts running threw my body,
    and the sweat starts running down my back as I realize that I'm alone now.
    Alone in the darkness.
    Alone with the creatures that lay hidden in the darkness.
    I franticly look, look for a sign of you,
    but nothing is found....
    I fall to my knees,
    the darkness around me seeming to crush me.
    The darkness around me seeming to grab at me.
    I cry out, cry out of fear.
    Fear of dying,
    but mostly fear of never seeing you again....
    The darkness starts to wrap around me,
    and I take one last breath.
    Just as the darkness starts to suck the life out of me,
    a bright light flashes before me.
    The darkness quickly falls back,
    the light burning it and causing it to scream in pain.
    I gasp for air now that the darkness has let go of me, and look back at it.
    The darkness hiding in the shadows.
    As I look at the light before me,
    it almost blinds me.
    I stand up and gawk at the light.
    I feel myself walk toward it without control,
    like being hypnotized but still aware of what is happening.
    I see a figure, deep in the light.
    I walk into the light, not being able to see a single thing now.
    A warm feeling runs threw my body, and as the light finally fades away,
    I can see you, your arms wrapped around me.
    Tears run down my face as I wrap my arms around you too, embracing you.
    So happy to see you again....
    So happy you saved me from the darkness.....
