It's like a fracture in every bone
It chokes you tight
And it turns you to stone
We hate when we get caught in it
When we have to deal with it's bullshit
It's like sinking nails into your eyes
It digs in deep and fills you with lies
It's crushing you under it's weight
Until it's far too much to take
It sits and waits like a beast for it's pray
Let's face it
There's not much left to say
It's all just one big mess
But what is it?
Can you guess?

A conflicted heart is what it sounds like to me, but everyone can interpret something different thats got a meaning for them.
I like the poem very good.
