Just To Late
When I first saw you
I was mesmerized by your beauty
they way you smiled always made me sigh
and the way you laughed
I would always blush
you would often talk to me
and you could always make me laugh
I always wanted to say three words to you
but I could never work up the courage
but yesterday was just like any other day at school
you and I were walking down the empty hall
laughing together in happiness
then without warning some shots rang out
I turned around and saw a man with a gun
its muzzle aimed straight at me
then in a flash you jumped in front of me
then there was a bang and you were on the floor
the man dropped his gun as the police came
and then I dropped to my knees and held you close
my tears started to fall onto you dying face
then I finally got the courage to say those three words
and before you left for good, you smiled at my three words

I think you could add to this poem by putting "but it was just too late" at the end. Or something along those lines. That way your title makes sense. Work on getting your paragraphs straightened, then it will be at its best.
