Snow of a difference

I am just a little fleck of white
So cold yet so pretty and bright
I am not like all of the other flecks of snow
I land where I will
and roam where I want to
I do not know how long I stay
but I know I live
My brothers and sisters around me
falling also
Just like me different though
they are not me
If I was more then a fleck of falling whiteness
I would make a difference in the world
We live in today
When the sun shines down
Upon my white freckled face I will know
That I have made a difference in the world
A simple white fleck of snow is all
that matters
