• I lay here in my room
    Pain surging as I stay
    Switching positions continuously
    No goal of releif yet to be accomplished

    I continue to lay
    Light breaths escape
    I close my eyes in attempt to fade
    Still no progress towards my goal

    Awakened by a forceful cough
    I weeze in pain as it continues
    It finally ends with a sigh
    Holding my chest gasping

    Waiting for time to end
    Death hovers above where I stay
    Yielding for the right moment
    When he strikes I will know

    My breathe will collapse
    The pain will come to hault
    No sounds will escape my mouth
    I will not be of this world
