• "I'll Stay"

    i woke up early in the morning..
    all i can hear were birds chirping
    i went trough the kitchen
    towards the den..
    there you were leaving again
    you told me it'll be for a while.
    after hours of waiting
    you arrived and started packing
    your bags and looked at me so vile

    you left with no words spoken
    after days and days
    the hole in my heart deepen
    i looked up in the ceiling
    and i heard the door opening
    my body suddenly moved fast
    and i was running like going
    back to the past

    i saw you with a light background
    and wondered "why are you just standing there?"
    you ran to me and hugged me so tightly
    but i noticed you are slipping away
    i asked you, "are you leaving again?"
    i heard no answer from you
    the phone rang but i ignored it

    the (answering) machine went on
    and the last thing i heard was..
    "he's gone..he gave up on the operation"
    i step back and looked at you in the eye
    i asked you shouting, "why?"
    still...no answer from you
    "you didn't tell me", i said

    i put my head down and looked
    up again to glance
    my eyes were shocked, there was no sign of you
    "am i dreaming?", i asked searching around
    i felt a breeze
    and a touch of freeze

    suddenly, the presence of you
    stung me on the neck
    a peck of kiss on the cheek
    told me it was you
    i questioned you again...
    "are you leaving me?"
    and my mouth suprisingly
    won't stop talking

    my lips shut as i felt
    a strong wind and
    i heard an absolute whisper saying..
    "i'll stay"
