I don't know why I even try,
I looked into his determined eyes,
I knew he wouldn't stop the flight,
So of coarse it was quite a fright.
I stopped the plane and turned around,
I broke the mic with no sound,
He didn't noticed 'till he flew down,
Because I made but not one sound.
Every one of them died that day,
But not me, for I was afraid.
I have much guilt and sorrow now,
I did my best, but still do frown.
That day was one very gloomy day,
but I will never take back what I did on D-Day
