-
poor child, in madness and pain you tread
your past is shut away, hidden from view
too little know what pains you in your head
but you're unable to embrace the few
a child stumbling in the snow, you cry
flames roar 'round loved ones in eternal sleep
little girl's smile, two small teeth cast aside
your first true love, from you in fear she flees
music briefly aids to relieve the pain
but none can heal your shattered, injured heart
dark eyes as red as snow with crimson's stain
they gave a name for your too eager part
dwarfing others, you leave them in your shade
few know this monster was not born but made
