Would I ever
reach you
if I could only run
at the exact same speed
as you?
You have already
surpassed me by far.
For as long as I can
remember
I’ve been called evil;
a child with a morbid
fascination
of death.
If only they knew.
I shoot your photographs
to keep my plans
at bay;
patience is key
in this grand scheme.
Thinking of the time
when you showed me
a butterfly
perched on the leaf
covered in morning-dew.
The one time you showed me
kindness
beyond calling me
crazy.
I clutch the pistol in my
sweaty hand,
wondering why I am holding it
so tightly.
After all, it’s not like
I’m going to
miss you.

- Title: The Evil, Evil Me
- Artist: Liquid Robot
- Description: Well... a(nother) morbid poem. It does have a moral, though - or at least, a message. I seem to get a kick out of impersonating mad characters at the moment. But anyway... Enjoy :] (or don't. I'm not having you take me to court saying I forced you to enjoy my weird poetry)...
