When Death comes knocking at our door
like he has done so many before,
Some will scream,
and fight,
and squirm.
Others stay calm for they just live to learn
But what of those loved ones we hold so dear?
Those who shall shed more than one tear.
What shall become of those we love
when we go oh so far above?
Our fingers forever entwined by fate.
Our heats beat forever near Heaven’s gate.
Our eternal dance across the stars and moon.
Our love shall not depart soon.
So when Death comes knocking at out door
like he has done so many before,
we shall comfort our loved ones as best we can.
enter their dreams and walk hand in hand.
