• Robert was my baby boy
    he gave my life so much joy
    he used to laugh and run and play
    he brightened up our everyday.

    He was so young and full of cheer,
    Life was great when he was here,
    but now that he is gone from me,
    his darling face no more i'll see.

    he went outside and roamed away,
    that's how he met his fate that day.
    no one knows just how he feel,
    but i know with god he'll dwell.

    I thank the people that were there,
    i know they tried to give him air
    and though the people were all brave,
    his precious life they could not save.
    and even though we are apart,
    he'll always live within my heart
