• When you pray for something god does not give it to you how you prayed for it, but instead he provides you ways to achieve it. If you pray for strenght, but rather, he gives you opportunity to be strong.

every time i lie in bed and remember to pray, i always pray for my family to be closer. If i spot an Arabian lamp with a genie that grants 3 wishes, i can spend all three wishes for the same thing. If i were able to help an old woman who turned into a fairy, I would wish for the same thing. All the while i was thinking that god did not answer my prayer, but looking back, I realized that he gave me to many opportunity, but i never grabbed one. there were a lot of times where i should have or least i could have brought my family closer and closer and open to each other but i just let them passes me because of "PRIDE".

when you pray, God grants it with an opportunity; all you have to do is to spot it and grab it! but sometimes we fail to make the best use of these chances because of pride and selfishness reasons. If we are with indifference with someone, we always have the opportunity to do the first move for reconciliation, but sometimes we fore go that chances because of pride.

the bottom line is, in the end it is always our call, our hearts have endless desires and God sees through us. Our hopes, our longings, our prayers. He knows all of them, and when we pray, he listens to what we whispered and hears even the unspoken. this is why god knows in what ways we can best value his love for us and in the other ind of the line, it is up to us how we respond to it. We pray, He listens. he answers. An answered prayer is not just god's hands on it but rather his hands holding ours
