Reddest Wine Chap. 1
Reddest Wine
It was a star filled night, the city of New York was hustling and bustling
but the city lights did not hide the stars in the Central Park area.
Tonight the park was full of adults setting up concert stages,
telescopes and barbeques. A girl was walking through the grass looking
among the people, she was tall, thin, and beautiful, and her skin was
pearly white she glowed against the dark shadows of the trees. Her
eyes were the darkest blue and her hair was the color of red wine. She
was wearing a black tank top with silver stars embroidered on it, dark
wash jeans tucked into high black heeled pirate boots. On her thin
wrist was a dark blue gemmed bracelet with silver trims and along her
thin neck laid a black sapphire. Her eyes were darkened with midnight
black eye shadow and mascara her lips shined with simple lip-
gloss. “God why am I doing this” she thought as she walked by a group
of collage boys cheering and whistling. “Whoa looking good Jacxie!”
Ignoring them Jacxie looked around. There were many types of groups
hanging around tonight. “Well the collage exams are over,” She
thought, and she kept walking past tons of groups. The cheerleaders
waved at Jacxie excitedly as she passed them, the football team called
her name and she said hi to every one of the guys. She nodded toward
the drama groupies as she reached the pitch dark of the side walk and
started to head for the entrance of the park. In her pocket vibrated
and she pulled out a silver cell phone. “A text from Taylor?” She
opened the phone to read the text.
Hiya! Y aren’t u comin over here??
goin to that new club.
U mean J.A.D?
That’s the 1.
R u sure I signed us up 4 karaoke?
I’m sure, I’ll see u at All’s party k?
Kk. Lov ya!
U 2!
Jacxie put her phone back in her pocket and went back to walking she
passed more groups that said hi and waved at her as she passed
through the park. Up ahead she could see a small group of boys and
girls, some girls were throwing themselves at the guys, dido for the
guys. It looked like the people they were from a gang because they
had similar jackets tan jackets with a small black sword over a flaming
red heart. “That’s different?” As she passed all the members looked at
her and smiled, a few of the girls nodded to her like they’ve known
each other since they we’re born. Jacxie thought quickly. “Ok this is
getting-!” She stopped when she looked at who she thought was
another member and stood stock still. He was leaning against a tree
looking at her, he was tall, red hair like Jacxie’s, skin that glowed pale
and had dark eyes almost black. He had the same symbol as all the
others but he had a black leather jacket, he had dark jeans on covering
black tennis shoes. He was absolutely handsome. His and Jacxie’s eyes
meet, Jacxie felt a shock, she thought he must of felt it too, but didn’t
show it. The two stared into each others eyes for what seemed like a
long time, Jacxie took a step towards him seeming to get lost deep in
his dark eyes. “So familiar?” Jacxie thought walking closer to him, all
the time he kept staring back at her, his hand twitched as if he wanted
to reach for her. Then from behind a hand touched Jacxie shoulder
holding her back and Jacxie turned breaking the gaze, and looked at
the person who was holding her back by her shoulder. Jacxie got a bit
angry. “God what’s your problem buddy!?” He was tall and heavily built,
he was lightly tanned with midnight black hair and he had dark gray
eyes. He was wearing a white shirt covered by a big gray vest
embroidered on the pocket with a woman’s lips kissing a black rose and
black jeans and black tennis shoes. Jacxie thought his face was too
gentle with his body, she felt the same as she did with the other
guy. “He’s familiar too, what the heck!?” She thought and the guy
spoke in a deep voice and sexy smile playing across his face. “Baby no
need for the anger, such a sexy lady like yourself shouldn’t get so
angry?” Jacxie really didn’t minded flirting, she was used to it by now,
but what got her was that she could smell a hint of alcohol in his
breath and that ticked her off in a bad, but Jacxie turned, lifting his
hand of her shoulder. “I’m so out of here.” She started to walk away
but the guy caught her by the waist and pulled her close. “Come on
baby, don’t be so mad at me, come on lets go its going to be worth
while.” He said. “He’s way too strong for me to fight off!” Jacxie
thought scared but it mad her angrier. The guy gripped her wrist and
lead her into the trees, Jacxie turned and looked back at the guy who
was standing straight, he was watching her still both looking scared
and angry, she mouthed “help me!” He got the message and as Jacxie
and the guy disappeared into the dark tree, he followed.
As he followed after them Jacxie turned to see where the guy was
taking her it was way to dark for her to see, she wondered how he was
able to see. He was taking her far away from the crowds of people
away from the protection of lights. At least eighteen minutes had
passed he stopped in a clearing surrounded by trees, it was dark but
the stars showed the layout of the clearing, although Jacxie didn’t
have time to look around before she thrown to the ground and pinned
down by the guy. Jacxie gasped and tried to move but the guy pinned
her harder to the ground “Now baby don’t fight, it won’t hurt, promise.”
Those last words made Jacxie freeze, and for the first time she looked
up at the guy afraid. And he kissed her hard pressing her head down
into the soft grass, Jacxie knew if she fight he would be able to stop
her, so she just lied here as he kissed her harder sticking his tongue
roughly in her mouth. He felt her surrender under him, and moved one
of his hands down her body and hugged her waist against his and
pressed his other hand against the ground next to Jacxie’s head, Jacxie
just stayed limbed. It was like that for what seemed forever as the guy
kept kissing her and felling every bit of her. During this time Jacxie tried
to figure out why he was so familiar, she knew he wasn’t from New
York but she was sure she met him before “Did I meet him in a past life,
that’s a good possibility?” She knew that was wrong too she couldn’t
think of how she would have met him and not remember him. He had
stopped kissing her lips and had moved down to her neck. Jacxie felt
his teeth pinch the skin and gasped. He leaned back the moon light
shining on his face a playful smile showed, and Jacxie gasped as she
saw his canines, they were long and slightly curved.
Like a vampires.
Jacxie tried to move away but he pinned her down again she was about
to scream but the guy put a figure on Jacxie’s lips to silence
her. “Please don’t scream, and don’t worry I don’t want kill you Jacxie.”
Jacxie eyes widened more in shock then fear. “H-how did you know
who I was?” He looked at her for a long time seeming to want to tell
her. “I’ll tell you when you wake up ok, I think you can wait a few more
hours.” And with a touch of his hand Jacxie closed her eyes and fell
into a deep sleep.
A terrified scream escaping from her lips.
