• My heart was racing. I looked out the window to see children playing and men working while the women try to settle the little ones down. The houses were so tiny I never saw houses like them. And there was no road like in the kingdom, some of them were very dirty too, it didnt scare me, but I don't think I would want to shake their hand talk2hand At first everyone paused when they saw the carriage and then when they saw my head peeking out of it they bowed. Man I couldn't stand that bow it was practically saying your better than us but I guess I had to get use to it.... stressed

The carriage kept on going forward, why was it going past the village? I looked at the guards; they seemed to know what was going on. “Where are we going,“I demanded. One of them mumbled something to the others and they looked in opposite directions of me, ignoring what I had said. I crossed my arms and sat there thinking... Where were we going? I peered out the back window and saw a distant figure of my father standing at the foot of the gate waving good-bye he seemed to be crying and he wasn't smiling. Why was he crying... cry No! It suddenly hit me, it was a trick this was just a way for me to meet the prince! How could my father do such a thing? I started to cry as the carrage passed the village finally and entered the woods. Suddenly it hit me now is my chance I can escape and run in the woods. I looked at the guards they weren’t watching me. I stretched out my hand and opened the door to the carrage and jumped out. The impact hurt my ankle a little but I didn't care. I kept on running. The carriage stopped and the guards ran out of the carriage pausing there for a little while. But they didn't run after me. I didn't care I still ran until I couldn’t hear any trace of human life anywhere. I stopped gasping for air. My hair was full of leaves and twigs and my ankle was on fire. I looked around my surroundings. There were a few trees and a collapsed tree and some rocks, boulders, I inspected one and sat on a nice big boulder pulling out the twigs and leaves. I ignored the pain that my ancle was giving me. Brushing out my hair with my fingers and when my hair felt normal again I layed on the boulder. The sun felt good coming down on me. I closed my eyes and started to think, why didn't they follow me? And slowly I fell asleep under the nice warm sun. whee
