• The Story...

    There lives a group of Teens ranging from the ages of 14-17 they've joined forces to keep peace amoung others. They're known as the Zodiacs. Each member has the special ability to manipulate one of the five elements, Water, Fire, Wind, Lightning, and Earth. a sudden explosion from within a nearby forest disrupts the Zodiacs peaceful lives and they head off to investigate. But is it possible that the destruction was caused by one of their own members? how it will end, you'll never know until you read what lies within


    Chapter One || Boom

    The sun broke into the sky as it drained away what was left of the night and a flock of birds could be heard flying into the cloudless atmosphere. it seemed like a perfect day until it hit. A deafening explosion came from deep within a dense forest. a few miles west from the Zodiacs.

    Valentine and Terra leaped out of their beds when the shockwave made it all the way to their house. Unfortunately due to how early it was both Zodiacs were half asleep and crashed into one another head on falling hard on their bums.
    "Watch where you're going idiot...” Val mumbled with a hint of irritation.
    "As if, it was your fault for being so uncoordinated." Terra snapped back. She wasn't a morning person and was already in a terrible mood. Both girls gave icy glares to one another as footsteps approached them.
    "Honestly I don't know why I let both of you guys live here..." Ayla said as she appeared out of nowhere. Her head was shaking as if she was staring at two toddlers fighting over who got the last cookie from grandma's cookie jar. a second shockwave vibrated the small house once more as Ayla's grey eyes tensed. Ayla! Did you sense that vibration? a voice shouted urgently into the young leaders ear. "God dang it.. I forgot to take my ear piece out before I went to bed...” she mumbled as she walked over to the windows and opened the blind.
    Terra headed over to a table and picked up her small orange earpiece and turned it on. "Yeah we heard it... It’s what woke Val and I up" Terra said Valentine's name with a hint of hatred. They never did get along but they did have their good moments.
    "Kevin, Tell Kyle to get a bird's eye view of the situation now." Ayla sharply said into her earpiece as she tossed Terra and Val some clothes and gestured them to get dressed. Already on it. He should be reporting in any moment. Kevin's voice replied automatically. "Good work Kev, contact the other Zodiacs to prepare for an emergency meeting at my house in fifteen" Ayla informed him as she turned off her earpiece and turned toward the now dressed girls.
    Valentine still glared at Terra watching her brush through her thick coffee brown hair. Awaiting her turn for the brush, but Valentine never really waited for anything and grabbed the brush right from her comrade’s hands, tearing out a tiny chuck of hair in the process.
    "You butt face!" Terra scream as her hand quickly touched the red sore right above her left ear. Tripping over a few books, terra found her way to the kitchen to retrieve an ice pack. both girls unaware of Ayla's evil look. Her eyebrows curled into a v-shape and her lips pursed and a low growl escaped from her mouth.
    After that annoying wake up, Ayla turned her earpiece back on and tried to contact Kyle. "What's the situation Kyle?" quietly listening to the report she ended the conversation and strolled into the kitchen to see Terra and Valentine eating breakfast on opposite ends of the long dining table. "That was Kyle; He gave me a full report on the explosions. I’ll tell you about it when everyone get here."
