• Amelia was preparing for the Ol'Hallows Eve Ball.She wasn't sure what to wear and all her friends had left, leaving nothing except for the scent of their fancy perfume.She sighed and sighed again.Every year she would show up late at the ball looking like she got fashion advice from a blind old woman.But,this year Amelia wanted it to be different.This year she wanted to go looking phenominal.So beautiful and graceful that Prince Valcon would ask her to dance!He had been her crush since the day she changed forever.It was dark and Amelia had just arrived at the ball five years ago.She caught a glimpse of Prince Valcon's face just before IT happend....deep in the shadows of the forest she was pulled into the trees as The Dark Phantom's vangs sunk into her neck.Amelia only turned into a vampire when she was alone,too afraid of what people would say.Amelia sighed once again.She would just have to borrow a dress from her auntie again.She shuddered,thinking of last years terrible color.Bright pink with orange/magneta ribbons.Everything was all puffed out so she looked like a pillow!Amelia sudenly began to moan.She screamed so shriek it sounded like glass breaking!Then Amelia went to the ball for a surprise... Grand music played while dashing dancers swished along the merry dancing floor.Cassandra,Elaine,Shay,and Meara sat siping punch with three striking gentle man.They all were giggling,excited to see Amelia's next fashion disaster.Suddenly,the wide doors to the palace opened.Everyone gasped!Amelia began to take dainty steps down the stairs.She wore a purple dress with black silk ribbons.The dress flowed like water behind her.Her hair instead of coal black was glossy black with white streaks that glittered like diamonds.Her skin was so pale it shone like moonlight.Her lips were so bright red they looked like blood.Elaine smiled at her friends as they stared with open mouths.Elaines pearl teeth gleamed and her fangs were absolutely dead sexy.It was so silent that you could hear everyone breathing.Finally Prince Valcon stepped forward,held out his arm,and gestured to the musicians to begin to play another song.Elaine grinned happily.Maybe being a vampire had its advantages.... biggrin
