• Prologue

    What would you do if you lived in a world of demons with no compassion? How would you live your life if you happened to be one of those demons? This story takes place in numerous time periods with various eras. It focuses on a fox demon named Haru Sylvania and her friends. After the sealing of the demons in the beginning of the Meiji era, Haru Sylvania has returned to earth with a great treasure of, not only the demon realm, but of the celestic and human realms, and everyone is out to get it. The orb of the moon goddess, Selene, has been sealed in her right shoulder during the struggle to break free of the demon realm. As of yet the Greek goddess herself hasn’t come to reclaim the ultimate source of power that gives the moon its glow and lights the night. As she struggles to contain the orb inside of her, she must also be wary of the bounty hunters that wish to wield its power, and find the other remaining orbs and return them to their rightful owners in order to return balance to all of the realms good…and evil alike. Now Haru finds out that other orbs with different elemental powers of the Greek gods and goddesses reside somewhere within the different realms. The first part of the story takes place in a temple in one of the central branches of the demon realm. Haru and her best friend Izumi are hastily trying out find the exit out of this particular branch of the demon realm so they can find their friend Kaida. Izumi is a celestial, the complete opposite of demons and the holder of the orb of fire given to her by the god Vulcan she may have the destructive force to protect herself and fight but she is too kind to hurt a fly. They are both only thirteen years of age and are complete opposites, but in order to save the balance of the realms they have no choice but to work together. Riku is Haru’s trusted partner. He is a chimera, a cross between two animals, and has a fox body with bat wings. He can transform up to nine times his original size and fight to protect Haru at command. They set off to find their way out of the frenzying demons desperately trying to escape the bloodshed.
