• Chapter 1

    Once upon a time there existed a beautiful and wonderful place in which mechanical robots thrived. They roamed around the streets by thousands helping out civilians with there groceries and luggage. The place that I am talking about is Aquos, a large and beautiful city of over 20 institutions all living in peace but yet are very competitive when it comes to competition. As peace has long lived in Aquos its lust shall brake the string of war and the city shall fall into destruction once again.

    As Morning came and the sun rising up above the blue skies children can be heard playing games in the city parks. Cass walking up slowly to the side of the fountain, he sits on the bench and slowly looks up quietly say's "what a nice day to be outside". Right at the moment as he said that the earth below his feet suddenly started to tremble, it was an earthquake but this particular earthquake was different from the others before it. "Beep...Beep" , "hmm my transponder is ringing....hello who is this" "Hey Cass come down to the control room right now there is something going on outside the gates!". Cass hurried to the control center with the intent to find out the problem behind the cause of the earthquake, as he knew that the control room was a big place, 400 ft. high and 800 ft. wide he hurried to the center of the park and used that transporter to transport him directly into the the control room. As he was beamed down he entered the building but only to see everyone panicing. "Cass we are being invaded!", "What!, how can this happen, we have been at peace with the Aluceans for 1000 years!". "Its not the Aluceans, its...its..its the Robes, the androids, they are attacking the civilians in the outer gates!".

    Bells alarming sirens going off people panicing the fires burning the screams grueling, it was hell in this city. Cass was in fear, fear of what the berserk robes would do if they infiltrated Aquos, he had to stop the invasion no matter what the cost was. "What the hell, they are destroying everything in site even the the flowers on the ground!". "Cass what are we going to do about this." "Don't worry we will defend this city with our lives if we have to", "Alright lets do this thing". As the Robes proceeded with the wrath of Thor, Cass and all of the mech masters sent out the last remaining force in doing so hoping to end the invasion alast. The Ascot force was an android named "MOMO" she was a design which had similar facial features like a girl. The scientist who designed her was Ruby Mescalen, she was one of the top and last remaining scientist in Aquos. Long ago there were five scientists all working together to make the world better but among these scientist was a man an evil man. His name was Yakah Afrady, he was a true scientist but lost along the lines of war. He suffered alot in torment because his entire family was killed in Order of the Aquos Chief Mezera. Yakah in his state of mind deserted Aquos, data of him was long erased ago by the Ministry of Aqous. The other scientist including Ruby was attacked on planet Udon doing research on Photon energy. Ruby was once a loving mother but lost her child in a terrible envasion of the planet Udon. Ruby's child was named Alexandra, she was a young and joyous little girl always enjoying the outer rim of space hoping one day to become like her mother. It is a tragedy for someone to lose there child in the heat of war, only pain can come from this event. In the end Ruby decided to remove her memories of Alexandra so she can continue her research to stop war in the name of science. She did it for Alexandra knowing that Alexandra would want peace in world so to begin her dreams she had to erase her from her memory. As the battle began MOMO was sent out immedeatly, by the day's end she had already destroyed about two thirds of the invading army. She kept on defending the outer gates beating the robes into scrap metal but then her motherboard in her circuits malfunctioned and a memory flashed rushed through her brain, "MOMO, always remember my child, I'll always love you...you......you........you." MOMO with a unable to move stalled for a second and in that second was destroyed by a the leading drone. "MOMO!!!, Ruby's eye's running with tears and barely breathing cries "No, my MOMO please be okay...just please" Ruby sobbing with tears Cass felt so heartful he had to do something and screams "Arghhhaaah!!! this will not end like this, it will never ever....you hear!!!!. He knew that he had to send the EMP wave which would knocked out everything in Aquos including MOMO erasing all her stored memory. "Hey Cass we gotta shoot this thing down now!!! "before the town is going to be destroyed!" "Dammit it still needs time to charge up, what do we do now?" Cass looked up, his eyes filled with water he says "activate the Atari Shielding System". As the shield was raised and the EMP charging at full capacity Cass releases the EMP wave wiping out everything in site and battle ended right there and then. The robes emerged out of no where, no knowledge of what happened that day was recorded because of the blackout. After the battle the robes was never to be seen again and remained a secret within Aquos for years to come.

    Fifty years later a child was born into Aquos, Chocobo, a curious child who would always ask if he could take apart the Electric Pulse Generator the only thing that supplies almost unlimited energy to our city. The generator was a huge deal to us back then because it completely broke Einsteins law of Energy and the law of conservation of energy which say's energy can't be created or destroyed. Chocobo was one of my friends, although he was always a knuckle head he would always suprise me in contests with ingenius inventions. As I finished my lunch and hurried to school I saw Chocobo in the alley with the three stupid Brocks. "Hey, Chocobo your name is as stupid as your face, loser." said one of the stupid Brocks while laughing. I rushed down to the alley and yelled "Hey fat heads what are you doing with Chocobo". "None of your business loser." "Let him go now!". "No, how bout taking that other one too." "Yeah bag him". The three Brocks came rushing at me and started to beat my into a bloody pulp. "Ahhh, help me!". As I was screaming for help something suddenly happened that would changed my view of everything in life. As I yelled flares came out of Chocobo, it looked like he was glowing of golden flames and mechanical parts, nothing had I ever seen before so beautiful yet different. After a few seconds everything suddenly went dark. Morning came and I awoke in the mech hospital which was small and very dirty as my dad always said. I looked over and there laid Chocobo, lying in bed dreaming about taking apart some mechanical thing and drooling over rice and beef. "Hey wake up your drooling on my cloths." "Huh, who's that, oh hey Marcus, what happened." I don't know, you just turned all red and fiery then everything went black." "I'm hungry did the nurse bring me some rice and beef, mmm rice and beef aughhhh." "Your such an idiot sometimes Chocobo." As I took off the blanket and went into the bathroom someone came rushing through yelling "The contest is here, the contest is here." I was scared half to death because of the screeching voice beside my ear and the not knocking on the door!. It was Janah a complete and utter failer, he smelled like oil solvants all the time since he drinks it everyday. "Hey, Marcus you bookworm where's Chocobo"? "He's back in the room where I just came out of." "Oh, okay I'll see you later Marcus." Two smeezly day's later we all finally got out of the hospital with no problem of any sorts except me because I was beaten to a bloody pulp, heh heh. As I went to the central arena in Gadget, there was an announcement about the upcoming mech tournament and the involving contest. The announcer stated "The next upcomming tournament of the mech inventors has been open for free allocations". "The contestants would be designing a mech of there own and showing them off to the judges in a battle brawl". "The following prize is an enrolling in the one and only tech Afar". "Please sign up at the desk quickly, and to all not joining have a great mech day". Of course, I was supper excited after hearing the announcement and the winning prize, think of how many books I can read at tech Afar. As I glanced over there standed Chocobo with eye's of fury and fists of broken knuckles he screamed, "Hell, yeah I'm all pumped up, heh heh heh" again always the same Chocobo, what a knuckle head.
