• Once upon a time, in a land far away, there lived a girl by the name of Princess Ciera. She lived in a beautiful castle in the most expensive area in the land. Princess Ciera lived with her father, King Jorge, her mother, Queen Jessica, and her twin sister, Princess Alexis. One day King Jorge went on a expedition to Las Vegas and when he returned things were never the same.

    The King and Queen were always fighting and yelling. Eventually the Monarchs filed a divorce and in the process had to sell their castle. In the end the two Princesses had to move to a new village by the shores of Eastlake.

    Okay, maybe the far away land wasn't so far, maybe it was just old Chula Vista, California. Maybe the castle wasn't really a castle, maybe it was a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom house in an expensive area and maybe the Princess was really plain, old me.

    When my parents got divorce, for some strange reason I thought it was my fault. I thought "If only I had kept my dad from going to Las Vegas then none of this would have happened." My sister and I had to move from our beloved home school to a more violent school. At our new house by the Shores of Eastlake there was drug dealers who lived in the corner house on our street and one night Alexis and I heard a drug plane. Life just wasn't going the way I hoped it would, but some good did come from this bad experience.
