as he walked out the door a jar of strawberry jam fell off a loose board hanging over the wilkims door.the wilkims have always been known for there jam, so they held it up on a loose board to keep it hot and warm. As the jar broke on his back it cooled him of his sweat and while it sliced him he enjoyed it. This jam explained everything, why he was doing this horrible burdon.As he stepped of the porch he ditched the red discolored knife in the hay stack to his left.[
