• Chapter 1
    The beginning
    Through sixth grade I dated a guy and we hung out with friends of both genders. We shared a secret only the trust worthiest of friends knew about it and shared it. We were all close almost like a second family. Through this secret many of us were drawn together. Our tight group of friends made names for each other, and they named me Moth for my beautiful exterior that fooled many people on what might be inside. We called the group of friends The Moon’s Fangs Pack. The boy disliked one of the pack who was the first other girl in the pack. She and I were almost instant friends but with his dislike grew by the day. When his dislike turned into hate I told him that our relationship was over and that our pack mates should choose the leader that they want to follow and leave the others. He and I were the ones to start the Pack so we were considered the leaders and now that we had turned our back on each other our pack mates were also forming rivalries. As I find more people with the same secret my side of the pack grows. As my side expands as do the boys. As our sixth grade year came to an end his pack had renamed him to Fang after his sharp temper and foul tongue. Also by then I had chosen the girl that Fang disliked to be second in command or often in a pack of wolves or such called a beta. She was given the name Kitty for she could be as cute as a kitten but with hidden fangs and claws. Of the whole two packs we had the constant secret. We could change into a creature that has attached itself as a part of our spirit. I believed everyone in the living world had the spirit but only the ones in need of it, it would surface.
    In the end there were a few people that made the pack. Kitty, my beta, was a white Siberian tiger, Streak was Kitty’s little sister was a macaw, my little sister was called Twilight and she was a raven. Snow was a wolf with snow-white fur, Thunder was a large pitch-black wolf and Lightning was a golden and brown wolf and also Thunders Girlfriend. Pebble was a roc (really big bird) with golden feathers. Flash was a twin tailed black fox with white tipped tails; Dash was a cheetah and also Flash’s boyfriend. (Don’t ask!) I was a mutt in many ways and my name is Moth, And finally Fang, my ex.
