    Int Kitchen- Day

    PHOEBE stands in front of the refrigerator. An odd smell was coming from it. She opens the refrigerator.


    PHOEBE

    Ugh!



    A head sat on a plate, staring at PHOEBE with sightless eyes.

    Enter LARS


    LARS

    Phoebe, what’s up?


    PHOEBE

    Lars, what is this?



    PHOEBE points into the refrigerator. LARS hesitates.


    LARS

    Uh... what?



    PHOEBE pulls out the head by the hair and wildly waves it around.


    PHOEBE

    What is this? Who is she?
    Or rather, who was she?



    LARS holds out a severed finger.


    LARS

    Ladyfinger?


    PHOEBE

    Lars! You can’t keep killing random
    humans! If we are caught, we’ll be
    killed!


    LARS

    See, this is why we shouldn’t live
    near the humans.


    PHOEBE

    Y’know, I’m going to have to tell father
    about this.



    LARS pales and drops the finger.


    LARS

    No! Not father! Please, Sis, not
    father.


    PHOEBE

    I’m sorry, kid, but father will know
    the best way to deal with this. He has
    to know.



    PHOEBE starts walking towards the door, the head still in her hand. LARS flings himself to the ground and grabs her leg.


    LARS

    No!


    PHOEBE

    Let go! You brought this onto
    yourself!



    PHOEBE continues to the door, dragging LARS with her. She finally shakes him off and runs out the door.

    LARS

    Maybe I should hide somewhere.



    LARS runs out another door.
