Next time try to get the horizon in a straight line, that would make the composition so much better. If you want the horizon not to be straight you have to flip it so much that it looks intentionally because now it just looks unintentionally.
Other than that it's an okay photo, I like the hard contrast and how the man on the bench turned out.
