- Nice, but I agree with x_Corin_x. Just a small change to allow the river to take the focus would have made it perfect. I must say though, you have done a brilliant job with this photograph. I wish you the best of luck in the contest.

- I commend you for going against the grain and using sun for back lighting. The draw back is in this shot the sun takes away from the creek. A tip: this would have made a great silhouette and reflection shot in one picture. If you took a step to the left you'd have kept the great light reflection off the water, the color in the sky, and the focus would be to the lovely creek and the nice curves. It's a nice effect, but overall the glare takes away from the big picture. (no pun intended)
