This is my first work in a VERY long time, so I'm pleased with how it came out. I would like some honest (albeit constructive) criticism, any pointers, or whatever else you may think of :)
This is an original position, so unfortunately there isn't an exact reference picture.
P.S.
I took a picture with my phone, rather than scanning, being that my scanner destroyed the shading when I tried to scan it earlier.

Okay, I'm going to be very harsh here...
People who don't know how to draw hands usually draw them hiding behind the character's back. I know this, because I drew this way in Kindergarten! When I taught myself to skilledly draw hands, I no longer had my art characters in awkward positions and simply standing like an idiot. I could now draw all kinds of poses. Work on the hands! Awkward but nice attempt after a long while. - Report As Spam
