Hm, alright. Not the worst, but not the best. Could use some heavy altering on the anatomy and a bit more structure to the piece. Also, thin the front face a bit; his head doesn't match his neck. The arms are also quite a ways off. However, you do show promise with the folds and movements of the clothing. Put as much attention in the people as you do your clothes and it'll be a better piece.
