- Agreed with meru, the iris is very big. You should only be able to really see, at most, half the pupil. Also, if you gave her a little more cheek shading, her face structure wouldn't look as flat. Very good start, though.

- The iris should not be that big, plus adding a line for the crease of the eye lid would be nice. Still not to bad just need to keep working.
