fix the realism-ism part of it.
cuz first of all..girls waists aren't that thin and tha boobs aren't that big!!
aha
the face is pretty..fix the chin..and lips.ik, this can be reall hard-trust me--
the ear loooks kinda werid stickin out like that..
and let the hair floww instead of just putting a few lines in it....
the feet are nice..i just put the basic shape of the foot unless it is a good day i would just not put toes..haha
add more realistic shape to the arms and legs..
