- She's too tan, she looks like her neck is broken, and her eyes look a little creepy without pupils, but I've seen a lot worse.

- No, the neck is in fairly good proportion compared to the rest of the body. You seem to have an inconsistent light source though so I suggest you work on that along with shading in general. Way to soft and hardly noticeable. Overall, okay work. Keep practicing at it.
