I don't think her nose is too long; there are all kinds of noses, and I've seen people with noses WAY larger.
Her shoulders are indeed a little off, but you're going on the right direction.
I do think her eyes are a little big...try making them a little smaller, and actually have the hair cover them; that makes it look a little off too. You could also try drawing the eyes, but painting them with yellow on the part where the hair covers the eyes. - Report As Spam

- hmmm...not bad not bad. Just a little too impossible as in not realistically possible. The shoulders are too narrow, and nose too long. Otherwise pretty good. I love your eyes.
