Anywho, I don't care much for her eyes, but I like the ruffles on her skirt.

You need to work on proportions a little more, but you've captured clothing folds and whatnot really well. Sometimes it takes forever for people to get that down.
Anyways, you do need to practice a little more, but it's still pretty good (even though I have no idea who this character is, I watched like two of the episodes and just haven't had time to get back to it) I think I'll give it a 4/5 - Report As Spam

- I think that the leg that's up looks a little awkward. Maybe you should have put it behind the arm? That's just my opinion. >< Her eyes and outfit are really nice, though!

- I think you did great on the face and the clothes.But this is just my opinion its allittle too skinny.Not to be mean or anything
