agree with Deppfan.
i just see an anime chick with no India features.
and the nose doesn't fit since its a front view perspective and its drawn from only one side.
other than that. skill wise it think its well balanced with some nice attention to detail - bravo on that C:

- The eyes are an interesting style, but they could use some shading. Bravo on the ears mouth face neck and clothes, really, amazing. The nose, as you can see is at an angle, but the face is not. Choosing a style for forward-view noses can be tricky, experement with a few. I also love the hair, try some shading or lines for hair strands, and maybe a little less straggling hair.
