The head isn't too small, it's actually quite big. If you were to make it any bigger, the character would look like a toddler.
The wings look like some sort of energy burst, which is nice. If they were supposed to be physical feathered wings, though, I suggest you reference pictures of actual bird's wings. Good luck with everything. - Report As Spam
