Maybe I'm just not feeling the same magic as the other people, but I find this piece as a handful of serious flaws.
First off, the colouring is flat, there is no lighting or shading whatsoever to give the picture any depth. While on the topic of depth, I'd like to point out the fact that both of them are wearing clothing with no flaws. It's easy to over look, but it gives a rather empty feeling to the picture.
