Not bad proportin-wise, but you have the spaghetti-limb thing going on. Try using a skeleton of straight lines for the arms and legs, and making sure that they're not abending where bone would keep it straight.
A good tip for feet is to start with a triangle, square it off at the 'most pointy' end, and then add contours. - Report As Spam

- The left/right leg have so oddness going on in the leg warmer areas, but hair style is done well.
