I agree with LadyBabs...
Her arms are a bit to short, her neck is a bit too wide, maybe you could fix her abdmin a bit..
The ear is too small for the face, and the head is a bit too wide, maybe you could tone that down confused
Other wise it is pretty good~!!

- Uhm.. nice background,, out the proportions are totally wrong!! The head is way too big, the arms too short, ear too small.. etc. And your background is done in photoshop or something, but the girl isn't. I think that's very weird and it makes me think you didn't do the bakcground yourself (if you can make that sort of bakcground, you can colour the girl too). Yes, this is a hard critique, but I'm just not good at constructive critism. I hope you do something with it!
