Criticism: the eyebrows are too one-toned. They
need to be darker in the middle
Also, the top
half of the face has a lot more definition and
detail than the bottom, but that may just be for
depth of field purposes.

if you want a criticism
though..hmm..
i would say add a bit more shading
around the jawbone area
since it's from an above
view, the shading will be a bit more
pronounced
