The wisps of hair are very good, but the rest of
the hair needs a little more detail. Perhaps your
reference didn't show his ears, but it looks a
little odd that you can't see them at all. Also,
it would be nice if his shoulders were a little
more defined. The eyes are excellent, but the
irises could be a little more realistic. You did
