It's very pretty! I love her wings, circle of wind/feathers, and her hair.
since you ask for advice, I will say I agree with other people, you may need to work on her body a little bit...from her shoulders down. her chest it looks very flat(two-dimensional, not flat chested), and her belly button/waist looks like it's up a bit high

it looks kool but work on body structure more and a wee bit more details. if you outlined it in a bolder color it would stand out more
